When contracts are signed in the fall, we lock in materials before prices move, book our cabinet and countertop suppliers while their calendars are open, and sequence every trade with zero gaps. That kind of planning saves real money on a build, and we pass it on to the clients who commit early. This is not a sale. It is how we reward early decisions.
Basements, kitchens and bathrooms are interior scopes. Framing, mechanical, tile, cabinetry and paint all happen in a heated, dry, fully enclosed house. Snow outside is irrelevant.
In summer our project managers and crews are split across six active sites. Book a winter slot and your build gets our most experienced project lead, hands-on supervision, and the trades we trust most, focused on your project from day one.
Cabinet shops, millwork, countertop fabricators and trades all have room in Q1. The same order that waits six weeks in May moves in two.

A signed fixed-price contract and the required deposit must both be received by 11:59 PM MT on October 30, 2026. The 20% reduction is applied to the total contract value at signing.
