This project involved the construction of a new 20’ x 24’ detached garage, complete with a concrete slab and curb wall, framed and sheathed structure, and finished exterior. The scope included roofing, siding, doors and windows, and a full electrical installation with lighting, power, and future EV charging provision, delivering a durable and functional addition to the property.
