With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, Luke McLaren brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to MasterCraft Renovations. His background spans every side of the industry—from finance and marketing to hands-on project delivery—giving clients the confidence that their homes are managed with both precision and purpose.
A graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Luke’s foundation in strategic business and client service drives MasterCraft’s commitment to excellence.
Under Luke’s leadership, MasterCraft Renovations has become recognized for its seamless, client-focused approach—merging design, craftsmanship, and clear communication to deliver renovations that elevate both form and function.
Beyond MasterCraft, Luke also leads one of Calgary’s largest real estate brokerages and continues to oversee development and investment projects across residential and commercial sectors. His forward-thinking mindset and genuine care for people define the culture and integrity that guide every MasterCraft project.
